Graduate Who Is Now Frustrated Burns All Certificates, Says ‘School Na Scam’. Usman Abubakar, a young man who has graduated from Katsina State has set all his certificates with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) University degree and WAEC ablaze.
Reports from the pages on Facebook revealed that the embittered graduate tore and burnt his certificates because he has not been able to get a job after he graduated.
